Global

Global Settings address System Health Monitor, Email, Custom Web Links and Webhooks and include the following settings:

Be sure to click the Save button for each Global Setting where entries or changes have been made.

System Health Monitor
If enabled, a ticket is created for BettrData support if the system goes into RED status. Disable for maintenance, etc.

Default Priority
Set default processing priority. If left undefined the priority will be treated as Lowest by default. Use this setting to change this behavior.

Enable/disable all email with the platform

Enter Username, if required

Enter Password, if required. Note that it must be manually encrypted, please request support for initial setup.

Email Template File Received
Create a custom email template (Subject and Body) to be used for file receipt.  Enter email address to Test.  Success or Error messages will display based on Test outcome. Click the info icon to see PUG Language Guide for syntax info.
Email Template File Failed
Create a custom email template (Subject and Body) to be used for file failure. Enter email address to Test. Success or Error messages will display based on Test outcome. Click the info icon to see PUG Language Guide for syntax info.
Custom Web Links
Enter Description, Url and Type. Can add one or multiple web links. Note that custom web links are made available from the menu panel.

A webhook delivers data to other applications as it happens. See API docs for FileEventRequestBody.
