As a file begins to process it is first placed in the status of Unidentified, requiring a Type to be selected on the Manage Files page to move the file onto the Status of Waiting to Convert. You can either click on the “Waiting to Convert status or go to the files’ menu and select Open in Builder to create a new convert.
The Build New Convert screen will display.
To help expedite the build process, the system will display any previous builds where the Convert contains the same format, length and type of the selected file regardless of owner. Select the copy icon to the right of the convert you would like to copy from.
The BettrData.io Builder displays the selected file’s data and applies the configuration copied from the existing convert to the new one.
From here you can make any changes that may be needed or Save the Output Schema as is.
Once the build has been saved and you are ready, you can Run right from the build screen. Click on >>Run located on the gray bar to initiate file conversion.
