Available in all 7 of the file menu options:
- All
- On Hold
- Converting
- Processing
- Unidentified
- Waiting to Convert
- Waiting for Review
This option enables a file(s) to be Locked from processing by others. Different individuals assigned to manage certain owners is one example of how this option may be beneficial. Locked files will display on the My Data tab of the individual who placed the lock and show a lock symbol to the right of the file status. To unlock a file, select Unlock from the selected files’ menu.
