Version update conflicts

The system maintains Edit File versioning so if there is more than one user (or system) making changes at the same time, or you have multiple windows open working on the same file information, the system will alert you on Save.Ā  A message will display letting you know that Save has failed due to a version conflict and that the page has been refreshed with the newest changes. Make your changes again and select Save.

View Sample

If unsure of a file Type, you can click on the View Sample option located on the file’s menu where a sample of the file will display the top 100 lines of data to help in determining the file type.
