Available in all 7 of the file menu options:
- All
- On Hold
- Converting
- Processing
- Unidentified
- Waiting to Convert
- Waiting for Review
This option can be used when you would like to replace a file that is found to be unacceptable or no longer valid with improved replacement files.
For converted files, selecting Replace will delete the output file and add an ignore/replaced tag to the file type.
If the file is not in a converted state, it will simply add a tag of ignore:replaced to the type.
