Selecting this menu option enables you to select multiple files (with a status other than Convert Complete or Waiting for Review) to add or replace the Output Schema. Select one or more files and then click on the Adjust Type option from the Bulk menu. The Bulk Manage Output Schema Adjust screen will display. It gives an option to Replace or Add a schema as well as adding a qualifier.
Select an Output Schema and then click the Update All button. Click the Close button to return to the Manage Files screen. The selected files will be updated with the adjusted schema and the user can now proceed onto the next step in the process.
