Icons

Warning icons display to the right of the Status column to inform and provide information on errors or glitches in the process. Hover or Click on the icon to display the popup Warning screen and a description of the error. From here you can copy the warning if needed.

  • Red Triangle/Exclamation Point icon means the file is no longer on route

    If using Retool to ingest the file, validate that there are no required fields needed that are not designated in Retool that could be holding up the loading of the file. ie. DOB

    OR its due to a Processing Error: Duplicate file detected with md5 warning before processing further to prevent duplicate processes. It will not process intentionally.

    To process, select Done Processing from the file menu dropdown

    This will move it to “Will not Convert.”

    Select “Reprocess” from the file menu dropdown.

    A warning will come up on the duplicate file. Click Yes, to move forward with processing the duplicate file.

  • Yellow Triangle/Exclamation Point icon indicates that a duplicate file was detected in Waiting for Convert or Waiting for Review. The duplicate file that was processed intentionally will show the yellow caution for the file.

  • In-progress icon will display/spin when a file is actively working its way through the workflow. If the file makes it through the process without incident, the progress icon will disappear and the column will be blank letting you know the file has successfully made it through the pipeline.

  • Stop icon displays in the column if a file is stopped somewhere in the pipeline. Hovering over the icon displays a description of the issue enabling you to select a next step.
