Integration Marketplace

This is available to customers with a subscription and are key components and strategies used to manage and grow a marketplace business. It currently consists of:

  • CRM - A system (often software) and a business strategy focused on managing interactions with current and potential customers.
  • Database - A database is an organized collection of structured information, typically stored electronically in a computer system which relies heavily on databases to store and manage vast amounts of data related to:
  • eCommerce - The buying and selling of goods and services over the internet where multiple sellers list their products and interact with buyers. Encompasses the various tactics used to drive traffic, convert visitors, and retain customers
  • Marketing - encompasses various activities aimed at promoting a business and its offerings and focuses on attracting and engaging both buyers and sellers.
  • Outbound - a traditional approach where a company initiates contact with potential customers, often through channels like direct mail, cold calls, or advertisements to proactively reach potential buyers or sellers who may not be actively searching for such platforms and also to build brand awareness.
