Searching for an Owner

To view a list of existing clients, go to Data Sources and select the Data Owners tab and click on the Select Owner text box, a client menu will display. Click on an owner to review its details.

The Manage Data Owners page will display allowing you to view or make changes to the data owner information.Ā  The Save button will become enabled if any changes are made allowing edited information to be saved to the data owner.

If information is entered in error simply select Undo to reset client information to its last saved status.

To select an alternate client, hover on the Select Owner field, the X icon will display.Ā  Click on theĀ  icon, the client list will display.Ā  Select a client.

To delete a client, select the Delete option in Actions. Ā 

Note that for more substantial deletes (deletes that cannot be undone) such as deleting a client, the system will display an ā€˜Are you sure you want to delete’ message to confirm that this is the action you intended to take.Ā  However, if a client or one of it’s brands or titles have routes or files associated in the system, a message will display letting you know the client cannot be removed.
