To navigate the application, simply select an option from the menu panel. Here, you can efficiently manage each component of the acquisition and conversion workflow, including:
Manage
Data Mapping β This section shows all the fields available for the user to select for Output Schemas, the current Output Schemas the client has created, and manage Mapping Configurations.
Data Sources β Manage data owners, storage routes, integration routes and audience builder data sources.
Additional Options:
Jupyter Labs - a coding environment that provides access to input/output data
Help β Contact Support or Open the User Guide
Admin β Manage configurations
Logout β Sign out of the application
Support Request via Help
To submit a support request, click the Help support icon and follow these steps:
- Select a Support Type.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Provide a Subject and describe your concern in detail.
- Click Submit.
Once submitted, the system will confirm that your request has been successfully sent, and a response from BettrData Support will be sent to your email.
Support Request via Email
If enabled in Global Settings, you can also send a support request via email. Simply click "Send an email to Support instead" at the bottom of the Contact BettrData.io Support screen.
When sending an email, be sure to:
- Add relevant details to the Subject Line after the colon (:).
- Provide a thorough description of the issue.
Finally, click Send to complete your request.
