    • 2017 joined charter, bought three companies and we merged. Has 50 customer facing portals. Wanted to get that into a unified experience. Need to make decisions on what the customers needed and created three portals and then one unified login experience. How do we build the right environment? Wanted help automate deployments. Did backlog grooming and architecture to find most important things.
    • How do you handle that in an ops mode.
      • He worked in a more kanban style, and worked on that
      • Try to get quick wins, but did not always tie back to the main goals of the group
      • Put together a weekly synch for major priorities of team and things that helped to meet the goals.
      • Users tried to grab
      • Need ruthless prioritization and get the best value, and he will need to see what is the most important. Remove things that take up your time, without value.
  • From Lucas
    • He thinks that we have assignments we like. That is presently not possible. We are back up against the wall now.
    • Emphasizes on documentation, which does make sense, given the time we have.
    • Could use AI to help create documentation
    • How do we help to provide cover where members do a lot of the same work, and need side coverage
    • Could we call on eachother for help, given the constraints we have for time?
  • From Karim
    • We need hands on work
    • No answer? Had hands on work? Helped with issues? Does not sound like he has done it. He is talking about managing. Oh well.
  • Need to be good at solving problems. How can we better set expectations with clients? How can we put processes in place to help with expectations. He is stating they we need to draw lines in the sand. Will this actually happen?
  • How do the decisions today affect things downstream adversely?
